when I was a child, I used to love watching my mother cook for us. I started to help her in the kitchen and learned a lot.
Soon, I was in charge of making meals for my family and cooking became my passion.
I opened my first restaurant when I was 27 years old. Within 11years, I opened 3 other restaurants.
Since I moved to America, I learned to cook delicious and nutritious meals for elderly and persons with health conditions.
I started my own organic vegetable garden and had hosted friends for dinner :-)
I created my own yummy and healthy recipe, in which I blend my organic vegetables from my garden.
I had been working as personal chef for clients for 10 years, and I am currently working as private chef - making healthy meals for people with health conditions and new mothers who needs help both physically and emotionally.
I also prepare a special meal for parties/gatherings. I truly love creating special menus for my clients to make their parties memorable!

Since I was a little child, I love to eat! My mother was a great cook for our family. I couldn't wait to go home for dinner every day. She was the one to teach me so much about foods; what are the seasonal vegetables, fruits and fish, what is the best way to eat those, how those grow. She also let me help her cooking little by little as I grew. Cooking with her was so much fun. I started dreaming to become a chef.
After I moved to the United States, I had a chance to be in a professional kitchen. It was a small Japanese restaurant. I started working as a dishwasher, however, fortunately, I was getting a train to be a sushi chef in the meantime. Since then, I worked at several restaurants as a sushi chef in LA and OC. I also had experienced to cater sushi to Riz-Carlton hotels.
Since 2011, I joined a few event staffing companies because I wanted to learn different cookings. Through them, I get opportunities to work with well-known catering companies, three stars hotels, private residences, etc. I also had chances to work for Oscar, Grammy, Emmys, Hollywood Bowl, Rose Parade, celebrities weddings.
I am currently working as sushi cater to shine clients special occasions; birthday party, wedding, girls night. The catering includes "Hands-on sushi making challenge" as request. I am also serving "Meal plan" for people who need healthy customized meals. I enjoy cooking seasonal local vegetables and fruits with So Cal flavor.
